Our story

The story of our house begins in 1986, when Olivier planted his first vines with the desire to build an estate in his own image: demanding, sincere and deeply attached to his land.

In 2001, his brother Bertrand joined him. Together, they developed the vineyard and gave a new dimension to the family project. The construction of the winery in 2002 marked a pivotal moment: from then on, winemaking was carried out entirely on the estate, thus asserting a distinct identity and complete control over each vintage.

In 2025, the tradition continues with the arrival of Julian, Bertrand's son. A new generation takes on the role, driven by the same passion and respect for the land.

Today, two generations work hand in hand. Our house embodies the alliance between heritage and modernity, where each champagne tells the story of a family, a land and the time needed to reveal it.

Our commitments

Committed to nature and the balance of our environment, we practice sustainable viticulture, without insecticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. We favor natural fertilization based on compost, respecting the soil and biodiversity.

Each plot is carefully cultivated to preserve the unique character of our terroir. Vinification by plot and precise fractionation of the juice during pressing allow us to express the full richness and singularity of each harvest.

In the cellar, patience and precision guide our work. We produce authentic, balanced and elegant champagnes, true to their origin.

Our commitment is simple: to respect the land, to pass on know-how and to offer wines that sincerely reflect our house.
