Our champagnes

From the arrival of the grapes at the cellar to the labeling of each bottle, we control the entire winemaking process for our champagnes. Each cuvée is born from precise expertise and a sequence of essential steps that give rise to the effervescence and the identity of our wines.

🍇 Receiving the grapes
The grapes from the family vineyards arrive at the cellar.


⚙️ Pressing
The grape bunches are gently pressed to extract the juice.


🟡 Mud Removal
The must is clarified in order to retain only the purest juices.


🍷 First alcoholic fermentation
The natural sugars are transformed into alcohol and the wine is revealed.


🧪 Malolactic fermentation
The wines gain in roundness and balance.

🍾 Bottling
The wine is bottled to trigger the second fermentation.


Foaming & Aging
The bubbles form and the champagne matures slowly in the cellar.


❄️ Disgorging
The deposits are expelled to reveal the purity of the wine.


🏷️ Dosage and dressing
The bottle is finished before being placed on your table.
